On this morning’s today program it was announced that McDonalds is to offer “A” level equivalent qualifications to its employees.
So when McDonalds opens its GP surgeries are we likely to get McDonald’s noctors?
Also, closer to home for me (I am an engineer) I heard some HR bloke from Flybe (the cheap airline) saying that, under this scheme, they were hoping to offer degree level qualifications in co-operation with some universities, possibly for engineering.
Dr Rant’s jokey prediction about stewardess aviation practitioners may not be too far from the truth.
