The answer is quite simple. As it's clear that the NHS doesn't work, GPs should do what they've threatened many times before and resign en-masse. The Government would then be forced to implement a social insurance system akin to our continental neighbours and everyone would benefit. Dear Dr Rant, the world is full of professionals doing their utmost to help other people. Most of them are probably more intelligent than you, most of them are probably more dedicated and I would guess all of them are less ignorant and foul mouthed.
